The Refiner's Fire Men's Ministry Statement of Faith The Lord Almighty answers, “I will send my messenger to prepare the way for me. Then the Lord you are looking for will suddenly come to His Temple. The messenger you long to see will come and proclaim my covenant.”But who will be able to endure the day when He comes? Who will be able to survive when He appears? He will be like strong soap, like a fire that refines metal. He will come to judge like one who refines and purifies silver. As a metalworker refines silver and gold, so the Lord's messenger will purify the priests, so that they will bring to the Lord the right kind of offerings. Then the offerings which the people of Judah and Jerusalem bring to the Lord will be pleasing to Him, as they used to be in the past. The Lord Almighty says, “I will appear among you to judge, and I will testify at once against those who practice magic, against adulterers, against those who give false testimony, those who cheat employees out of their wages, and those who take advantage of widows, orphans, and foreigners—against all who do not respect me (Malachi 3:1-5 GNT). We are those that have surrendered and continue to bend towards the will of the sovereign, one and only God. We accept the charge to be messengers that will prepare the way for God, the Holy Spirit through the one and only Son so He can have His way. We commit to carry out the perfect will of God as kings that are designated to replenish the earth. Our loyalty towards God will be exhibited through how we love the church, ourselves, our mate, children, others and our country. We will stand in unity against all of those that are enemies of God and war in the spirit through the ministry of intercession to keep the enemy in check. We present our bodies to God as living sacrifices because this is a reasonable request to the willing servant. We count it a blessing to have arrows within our quiver to showcase our legacy and spiritual inheritance from the Lord. Our desire is to the Lord and our personal Savior because He first loved us as evidenced by His sacrifice on Calvary. We will hold up the blood stained banner to unashamedly testify to the world that only the blood of Jesus can save humanity from a devil’s jail. We are only available for the plans and purposes of God in this life and the life which is to come. The Refiner’s Fire Men’s Ministry draws their joy from the well of salvation that will never run dry with Jesus as the source. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence according to Acts 2 as the manifestation of His descent upon humanity. We believe that the enemy is defeated and that Jesus Christ will destroy Him at the brightness of the second coming. Our mission is to become disciples so we can raise up new converts for the cause of Christ. We will go out into the world to fulfill the original charge of Jesus Christ to preach the gospel to every living creature until His return. We will strengthen one another through the laying on of hands and commit to confession of our faults to a trusted source. Furthermore we will practice a lifestyle of repentance of sin to remain blameless before God. We love the Lord because he heard our audible cry as children and graced this brotherhood to discern our silent cry for help as men. We will not judge, belittle, cloak our own sin or hide the sin of another brother and voluntarily remain in bondage. We will gently correct, enlighten, pray and rebuke the one who influences the sinner to commit a transgression against God. The Refiner’s Fire Ministry of Men believes in the powerful soap of the word to cleanse us as the fire of the word of God purifies the heart of man. This is our humble stance and we firmly stand on this confession in the mighty name of Yeshua, Amen.
